By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

SMS Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Arguello Insurance Group Text Messaging.

Program description: When you opt in, Arguello Insurance Group will send you text messages about your insurance quote and your policies, including quote follow-ups, policy and renewal notices, payment reminders, requests for documents, appointment confirmations, and replies to questions you send us. You may also text us at (210) 764-4545 and we will reply.

How you opt in: By checking the SMS consent box on the quote form on our website, by texting our number first, or by giving us your consent verbally or in writing. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any product or service.

• Message frequency varies based on your quote and account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your plan.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL.
• For help: reply HELP to any message, call (210) 764-4545, or email joaquin@aigroups.com.
• To opt back in: reply START or UNSTOP.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You must be 18 years of age or older, and the account holder of the mobile number or authorized by the account holder, to opt in.
• If you change or cancel your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or let us know, so messages are not sent to its next owner.
